That’s what we’re all about at Queen’s Cuisine. My name is Hui Lin and I am the proud owner and head chef of Queen’s Cuisine. It’s hard to believe we opened our doors almost ten years ago! The Chadd’s Ford community has been so supportive - we couldn’t do this without you. When my wife, Mengling Yu, and I immigrated from China, our goal was to bring the authentic flavors of China that we love so much to our neighbors in Delaware County. Running a restaurant is hard work, but I like to unwind by playing basketball. One of the biggest challenges we face as a business is hiring! If you or someone you know is looking for a job, please come see us. Try our traditional favorites like General Tso’s Chicken or one of my Chef’s specialties (the Hunan Spring Duck Spectacular is my personal favorite).
